Ingredients
200gms Fresh spinach- chopped or 1 cup frozen spinach
2tsp Sour cream
2tsp Mayonnaise
¼ cup Feta cheese
1large Tomato- deseeded & diced
1 clove Garlic- minced
1medium Onion- chopped
Black pepper to taste
1 Baguette- sliced
Method
Slice bread into ½ inch thick slices and keep aside. Cook the spinach till all the moisture is evaporated. Cool and mix spinach with all the ingredients well. Spread the mixture on one side of each bread slice.
Toast till done.
