Quinoa Goreng Kampung

1 cup quinoa

1 cube stock- chicken or veg

1 medium onion- chopped

3 cloves garlic – chopped

1 fresh red chili- chopped

2 chili padi- chopped

½ cup carrots

½ cup french beans

½ cup green peas

1 tsp light sauce or tamari sauce- optional

1 tsp lime juice- preferably kalamansi

1 tbsp oil


  1. Salt to taste, spring onions to garnish

  2. Cook quinoa in the EuropAce low carb steam rice cooker exactly the same way as

    you would cook rice.

  3. Coarsely blend onion, garlic and both the chilies.

  4. Grease a non stick pan with oil and saute the paste till almost brown.

  5. Add French beans, carrots and saute for a couple of minutes.

  6. Add  stock cube, peas and saute for a minute.

  7. Add the cooked quinoa, salt, lime juice and soya sauce.

  8. Mix well and garnish with spring onions.
