100 gms Carrots – cut into thin match sticks
150 gms French Beans – sliced diagonally
1 Stalk Celery – sliced thinly
6 Shallots – chopped
4 cloves garlic – chopped
4 hot chilies – minced
2 Stalks Spring Onions – chopped
1 tbsp oil
Spring Roll Wrappers
Salt
Plain Flour and Water for paste

Saute shallots and garlic till brown.

Add carrots and saute for a couple of minutes.

Add french beans, celery, salt and chilies.

Once all vegetables are cooked add spring onions.

Cool the mixture, roll into spring roll and seal with plain flour paste.

Air fry spring rolls in EuropAce Airfryer at 160 C for 15 mins.
